How to Create

Step 1: Apply Base Coat

Step 2: Apply Hollywood Girl 116 one coat after drying two coats

Step 3: Using sliver art pen to draw diagonal line

Step 4: Draw diagonal line crossing step 3`s line

Step 5: Apply top coat

Step 6: Put woodstick into topcoat and place pearl stone at diagonal line

Step 7: Place bead next to pearl stone
